Question: I’ve been wanting to lean about my body and hoping to get my hands on a sex toy but I’m too embarrassed to go shopping for one and I don’t want to get one when I don’t know what I like or need. What can you suggest from around the house that I could [...]

So you’ve found yourself standing in front of the condom section of your local pharmacy or drug store and staring back at you are over 30 different brands of condoms in different boxes with brightly designed covers, all of which are suggesting that their brand is the “best” brand and yet, you don’t know which [...]

Question: I got into a relationship almost a year ago (I’m now 18) and I just realized that I have a really big naughty side to me and am starting to show it. I don’t know why but just texting can sometimes get me excited and arouse me. He likes it and so do I, [...]

No matter how many videos I create on the subject the main question I seem to get from my male viewers is always the same. Whether it’s asking about pills, creams, topical ointments, intimate accessories or natural ways of obtaining results, every inquiry leads back to “is there anything I can use or take to help me last longer/make me bigger/give me a harder erection/help please my partner?”, which is usually followed by “you know, one that really works…”

Within the realm of cock rings there are many available; some are stretchy and allow lots of room for movement, while others are very firm plastic with no squish or give. Some vibrate, offering added stimulation for both partners while others still are made of hard metal and do nothing but help maintain an erection. [...]

If you find that none of the natural methods work, or that cock rings just aren’t your thing, you may want to look into the option of topical ointments. Not only are they usually affordable, but many of them are also easy to apply, safe for use with latex (condoms), have a limited span of [...]

Cock rings are intimate accessories worn around the base of the penis and are used to extend intercourse by keeping blood trapped inside (they also seem to work wonders at making your Johnson look bigger – I said look, they don’t actually make it longer). As well all know erections occur when the penis is filled with blood after arousal (click the link to learn more about the Male Sexual Response Cycle). Muscle spasms occurring at the base of the penis cause blood to be trapped and the penis to become hard. When there is a dysfunction of the muscle spasms, the blood flows out and the penis remains soft. Fortunately for many men a cock ring worn at the base of an erect penis will help prevent the blood from leaving the shaft, thus maintaining a firmer erection.

The best advice I can give when it comes to your feelings of inadequacy is to let you know that as long as you are able to please her orally or by manual stimulation (fingering) then you haven’t too much to worry about. Keep in mind that majority of women (around 70%) get off from clitoral stimulation, not from penetration. That’s why I always say it’s not your dick that’s the source of your power. Funnily enough, judging from the letters I receive from many females the majority of men don’t know what to do with their “normal” sized dicks anyways…or fingers, or mouth for that matter.

Not only does having strong PC muscles enhance g-spot stimulation, but they can also give you a more desirable grip during intercourse and help you control your bladder while also preventing incontinence as you age. As for the sexual benefits, they’ve bene known to help women learn to reach a g-spot orgasm, make their orgasms much more powerful, improve sexual arousal and possibly help make female ejaculation a bit more of a possibility.

When it comes to topics I’m asked about on a daily basis, the g-spot is definitely one of them. And although the questions tend to come in many forms, the most common seem to be from females needing help to find their g-spot or asking for suggestions on great products to stimulate the area.

Since the #1 complaint I hear regarding condoms is that they ‘spoil the mood’ I think it’s very important to practice putting them on properly (and taking them off properly) as it’ll help to make the moment move a lot smoother and quicker.

As for the question I just wanted to let you know that there is nothing wrong with strap on or domination play and you are completely “normal”. In a world where sex and intimacy are becoming more mainstream and acceptable, so too are “new” forms of sexual expression and experimentation.

Contrary to what most movies depict, first times are rarely what we expect. There aren’t rose petals or candles casting a glow. There’s no moment of tender, all encompassing bliss or the crooning voice of our favorite music artist in the background. Rather than a bed, many first timers find themselves in the back of a car, a park or couch as the thought of holding out for a time when the parents are out is just too bothersome, or too long of a wait. On top of that (and based on the messages I’ve received) the majority of writers found their “first time” to be clumsy, anxiety ridden, overwhelming, scary, ill planned, uncomfortable and confusing (or any mix of the above), even when it was a good one.

Since most of the questions I’m commonly asked tend to be from those not yet sexually active, coming in the form of messages stating personal fears, worries, anxieties and misconceptions regarding the subject, I thought I’d write a series of articles to help guide my readers and viewers through their “first time”.

Hopefully through watching the video your questions will be answered and you’ll gather some valuable insight to the female body, along with changing your views on the perceptions associated with it.

The discomfort you may encounter during first time anal sex could be minimum or very intense depending on how relaxed you are. That’s where I find the first key to enjoyable anal sex is…relaxation. The more relaxed you are more relaxed your muscles will be which will allow for the proper insertion of a toy, finger or penis with little discomfort

Picking your first toy can be extremely frustrating, overwhelming and scary. As someone who worked in a sex shop…trust me I know, I’ve heard it 1000 times.
That said, if you follow these few short suggestions when it comes to choosing, you can not only make the experience fun, but one that’s quite gratifying as well.
